In simple terms this ONE DESIGN CLASS is designed to ensure all the boats are the same.

The FUNDAMENTAL RULE 1 is dont try and cheat or modify anything !

There is no Measurement Certificate required for this class, which simplifies things allot.

Basically if its not as supplied by the manufacturer - It’s Not Allowed ! - So don’t even ask.

You are however, allowed to paint the Hull, fin and rudder but you are NOT allowed to change their shape or profile or improve the fairing between any hull insert and the hull, using any form of fill or thick layers of paint, etc.

You may make your own sails within the class rules.

You may change out the rudder servo with a matching size servo, without any modification to the fittings used or changing the Radio Tray in any way. The Sail Winch must be as supplied by the manufacturer.

You may install your own Radio equipment - RX and rechargable battries may be used instead of the dry cells with certain weight restrictions.

This is a really well worded instruction Manual in good English .... And the only advice I would give people assembling a boat for the first time is .... READ IT !! It sounds so obvious, but many don’t !
