The DragonFlite 95 is the newest class to hit south African waters.

It is fast becomming the most popular class to sail and has so much to offer

Its not expensive - especially when compared to other classes sailed in SA

It looks Good and it sails really well.

Its EASY to assemble - Fantastic instructions in well written English.

Immediate gratification ( well in an evenings work you are on the water)

It Sells Itself in a Well Packaged Professional Box.

ITS A ONE DESIGN !!! .............. Its a level playing field !

Its Well Made - parts are easily replaced.

Its Performance is Great and downwind it's stunning - especially in a blow!

It retains its value - a boat purchased today will realise the same or close to the same price in 3 or 4 or more, years time

Easy to decorate boats

Close competitive racing is assured.

It fits in your car fully rigged !

To travel overseas it all fits in a 4,8 KG all up weight, tube 1050mm long and can be slung over your shoulder - No big boxes for boats and rigs as with the IOM or other classes........... and you still have your remaining luggage allowance for clothes etc.

If you break a hull by riding over it with your car or someone's big foot crushes it  - Get an inexpensive, replacement part and be up and running quickly........... Try that with an IOM or 36S !

2 Kg All up !!! ............... yes, that is not a misprint.

It has a tuning guide that WORKS - straight out the box.

Easy to Rig and Un-rig - Quickly.

A has a Fast, Strong Winch.

4 dry cells last a full days sailing or more ..... No initial need to extra costs for Lifee batteries and a Balancing Charger unit at another R800 odd rand.

The Boat is "Dry" .......... My boat which was snagged in a collision and had its transom submerged for about 5 minutes and was bone dry when opened up after a full days sailing on B and C rigs.

Singled Panelled Sails are easy for inexperienced people to make, or inexpensive to buy from the importer compared to ANY other class been sailed.

The Boat Number is the Sail Number - it goes like that from one owner to the next - no changing of sail numbers is required.

WHAT OTHER CLASS OF BOAT IN SA CAN OFFER  EVERYTHING ON THIS LIST?
